go to https://my.oscohtechilese.edu.ng/core/auth/index.php
click APPLY NOW
select the Open Admission you desire
view the available courses in each of the admissions to determine which of them you prefer.
Click Apply Now
Fill the Account Creation form (Pls Note: email and phone is compulsory)
Go to your email and check for the email sent
click the URL that activates your account
